Aquisition Criteria
We are actively looking for opportunities to acquire commercial and industrial property in all markets. The properties can be stabilized or in need of an effort to add value. We will consider almost all opportunities ranging from vacant buildings and redevelopment situations to sale-leasebacks. We are particularly interested in purchasing underutilized corporate facilities, properties in lower profile markets, and well located industrial and commercial properties. Criterions for project size are secondary to the potential of the project to provide a return on investment.
