Pownal Development will acquire individual properties, non-performing loans, municipal tax liens, and mortgages secured with environmentally impaired property. The primary goal in all acquisitions is to ultimately obtain ownership or control of an industrial or commercial property that can be promoted in the marketplace to a high quality tenant or buyer.
