These relationships were built over time and now provide the Corporation with a skilled team of professional service providers and management that understands the needs, objectives, and philosophy of the Corporation and who can respond efficiently and effectively to those needs. These professionals represent decades of transaction experience and provide the necessary blend of capabilities in site acquisition, property management, financing, marketing, planning, and negotiation with regulators and zoning officials. Pownal Development Corporation will acquire individual properties, non-performing loans, municipal tax liens, and mortgages secured with environmentally impaired property. The primary goal in all acquisitions is to ultimately obtain ownership or control of an industrial or commercial asset that can be promoted in the marketplace to a high quality tenant or buyer.
